Wasted opportunity!

 

I bought 2 of these when they were on sale because the design is similar to another keyboard I had. There used to be an awesome, full-size version of this keyboard made by iMedia, but it's been discontinued. Too bad - I've yet to find the perfect...

compact size ; ergonomic shape fits great when holding it ; great button placement ; built-in mouse functions (in theory) ; wireless

poor build quality in both units I bought ; flimsy, loose trackball ; each button must be pushed 3 times to get a response ; no backlighting

SIIG Wireless keyboard

 

Another similar keyboard by another Mfg was similar but slightly larger has three keys quit working, so seemes I need two keyboards to do what one should.

Small footprint, connects easily with good range. Function buttons well placed

Terrible, horrible, trackball. Trackball quit working after three days

Love/Hate relationship

 

This same keyboard has been sold under about a dozen different brand names, but they're all the same poor quality. I've bought a different brand each time and had the same problems each time.

Love the layout of the device, the mouse buttons and scroll wheel are very intuitve. Trackball is great for controlling my HTPC from the couch. Nice full formfactor keyboard makes typing easy ; Decent range for an RF device, replacable batteries
