The software can be a little iffy but once you get that firmware update issue taken care of its smooth beautiful sailing.

It would have been nice if it came with direct information to obtain the program to change preset colour settings and macros, but once I got my google-fu on and found it, it was easy to use and find the exact shades I wanted.
