-flip phone protects keypad -good reception -good battery life (unless no reception) -Works well as a modem on the laptop.

-No option for ring to start out at max volume, it has to start quiet and get louder. This is really annoying.

No extra range than cheaper phones. Battery wont last even a new one same short life. Phone does and will turn off at random.

where do we start, we bought two identical phones because they had the blue tick for rural areas signal non existant most times,poor at other times, one of the phones the battery will not last at all
