Compact size, Native Wi-fi

Slow, No SD support, Average picture quality

While O2 has impressed us in the past, the XDA Atom fails to live up to its potential. A small form factor and inbuilt Wi-Fi support fail to compensate for slow processing performance

HP iPAQ rw6815 review: Small communicator for the pretentious

There is no doubt that both the small size and the competitive price of the communicator HP iPaq rw6815 will make you fall in love with it. The device is powered by a powerful 416MHz processor, it runs under Windows Mobile 2005 OS, and has a...

O2's XDA Atom reviewed

The folks at MTekk have pooled their collective XDA Atom knowledge and amassed an in-depth review of the unit. The overall impression of the nearly iPod sized Windows Mobile 5 device seems pretty positive; they're digging the 2.7-inch QVGA screen and...

O2 Xda Atom

It has Wi-Fi, a 2-megapixel camera and runs on Windows Mobile 5.0, yet shares the same dimensions as the Xda II Mini. Find out what the hype on the Xda Atom is all about.

Tiny smartphone. Integrated media centre-like functions. 2-megapixel camera. Stylish layout.

Possibly too small for some business uses. MiniSD card rather than full-sized SD.

O2's redefined micro-smartphone has been improved, and while it's not the cheapest option around, it's certainly eye-catching and fun to use.

O2 XDA Atom

O2 describes the tiny XDA Atom as a PDA-phone. And so it is, but it's also a 2 megapixel CMOS camera, an FM radio(!) and an MP3 player. Nor is it a slouch on the connectivity front, offering as it does Tri-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE phone network...

O2 XDA Atom Reviewed

For those who fell in love with the HTC Magician and its tiny form-factor, the O2 XDA Atom could seem like a perfect successor (though not from the same company). However, with all that it has to offer, it does have its quirks that can make or break...

Solid and sturdy construction ; Integrated FM radio ; Full-featured O2 applications ; Strong cellular reception ; Frequent ROM updates and decent support

Quirky behavior ; Mediocre battery life ; No 850MHz support ; Slow and washed-out camera ; Expensive

O2 XDA Atom

The O2 XDA Atom is a powerful device that combines business applications with multimedia, thanks to Windows Mobile 5.0 and the inbuilt hardware features that characterise the Atom. It does have its share of bugs, like any Windows device, but combining...
