Excellent sound quality. Built in answering machine and phone book. You can take the handset a very reasonable distance from the base without it cutting out. You can set it up to use a different ring tone and backlight colour for different callers....

Lots of features but to access any but it's not very intuitive - you need to make sure you keep the handbook. Especially when programming the base unit (to adjust its ring volume, for example), there's no way you can figure it out without the book....

I believe you get what you pay for. This phone is feature packed and will provide you with outstanding clarity. It is compact in size & the battery seems to last for ever. You can operate hands free from the base unit as well as the hand set.

Two bad things I found with this unit, (1) I found the headset speaker was lacking volume. (2) With all the features comes lots of buttons, some people may find it tricky to get the most out of this phone.
