The ringer, headset and speaker phone are acceptably loud, but not (LOUD). If you have trouble hearing, perhaps this isn't the phone for you

I cant find a single thing wrong with the phone

Pros: 1. Cooler Ringtons - 2. Ability to BLOCK CALLS (think elections, people you don't want to talk too. - 3. It VERBALLY says who the caller is or number so you don't have to actually look at the phone - 4. Large time and date. - 5. Lasts a long time...

I think I might like it if it were alittle louder, but then it might be annoying. I needed the manual to figure out some features, which isn't really a con either, the manual is easy enough (and downloadable), just made my learning curve a bit quicker
