Easy to install and easy to use. better than the phones they replaced. Displays incoming call number so you know if it is internal or external call.

Best phone set i have ever purchased. Audio sound is excellent and phone book is easy to use. Set up easy. Buttons are big enough to see and only require a light touch to enter dial or store names.

Maybe it's me but phones do not seem to recognise option numbers when you call and are asked to choose option 1,2,3 etc. Otherwise OK

This is a very functional unit

Working from home the intercom feature is a bonus so we have two handsets in the house and two in outside buildings. Very easy to use, though the base units are a bit lightweight.
