These phones are really easy to set up and have everything you need-an answer machine that you can access from any phone and an intercom so you can call those teenagers upstairs to dinner without shouting up the stairs ha ha really good would recommend...

I purchased a quad set, could not set time/date, tried 'help' -no use. changed for a triple...but various probs and tried 'help' again who suggested return to store. Had a refund and bought another brand, which is superb and worth the extra cost.
