I have used Uniden Products for many years and have been very satisfied.

This phone has performed wonderfully. Very clear sound and good distance. We haven't even used it in the hot tub yet, and we're already impressed. Not only is it waterproof, but it's about as inexpensive as you can expect for a cordless phone.

this is a good deal i found uniden to be one of the finest phones i ever used.i wish i have knowned this a long time ago.do not hesitate to buy any of their products.i buy all refurbished products i think they are new at half to one third the price....

Works with TRU-9485 as a handset only. The base acts a charging station, the other phone features won't work. But...it is the cheapest way to get a waterproof handset for the TRU-9485!
