all I received was 3 batteries, not the Vtech DS6221-3 1.9 GHz DECT 6.0 3X Handsets Cordless Phone Integrated Answering Machine that I ordered

Clear sound ; Reasonably priced ; Up to date technology ; Attractive black color. Matches my computers, unlike the usual gaudy silver phones

Had it deleiverd, pluggd it in, added our phonebook and away we went. Worked great, nice options. Caller ID, voicemail, answereing system..... perfect. Range and clarity were fine ; Originally bought these to replace another V-Tech system because those...

Bingo... this set of phones started crapping out one by one again. My 30 days have come and gone and so has my confidence in V-Tech. We just assumed the first set was a lemon but now we've had all the V-Tech lemons we'll ever buy

-Look Great -Feels sturdy and built rugged -Does not disrupt my wireless internet/ or get interfered by the microwave -the caller id/ answering machine is great and easy to set up -Loud ringer!!!
