i got this t.v on the 8/6 and it was broken.i got another t.v on the 9/5 and it was broken to.

Not that good. You have to struggle and girate just to get it to respond to it's own remote! Will not accept any cable commands. Turns out you get a better TV at Best Buy for $100 less.

So far everthing is working well. Remote feels cheap but TV works just fine.

Does not include a postage paid label. BEWARE I just returned mine and the cost to ship back via UPS was $151.85. Not worth the price.

Only worked correctly for one week. Manufacturer told me immediately to return it to HSN and get a new one shipped. According to them I had a bad capacitor only ten days into owning it. I chose to get another brand.

Absolutely hate this TV. When we hooked it up, we called our service provider to program the remote. There is NO code from the company for this TV so we have to use both remotes to operate this tv. Very disappointed in this product. Would NOT recommend...

unable to program cable remote control for this TV. Also very heavy and stand not very secure.
