Looked over other brands and each had their issues. Some have the front controls on the side, making the unit wider, have only one mono speaker, don't have a volume control on the remote, or provide a "toy" remote and such. Note: Some advertising of...

What good is a portable that has to be connected to cable. There's a good reason this is so cheap.

great picture on cable

I could only receive a couple of stations from my home using the included antenna. I returned it and got the Viore. There was a huge difference in received signals

Extremely Dissappointed!!!

 

I wasn't aware that it was a Recertified unit also, not mentioned in Shocker Deal when I ordered it.

Rubber case no fingerprints or smudges

P poor reception. I have a 3" MyGo tv and it runs circles around this unit. In every category my MyGo tv out performs this larger Haier unit. Don't waste your money on it

I am impressed with Newegg's customer service, their staff seem to be well trained, keep up with good work, Newegg.

Small size, good reception and low price. Like the rubber coating

Arrived with dead pixels, however, Newegg's RMA process was quick and painless, replacement TV works flawlessly

It Works

 

Other than a disappointing slip-in by Newegg and the lack of on-the-air channels in the Vancouver area, this unit isn't too bad. Could take it with you camping. Don't expect HD quality though, the screen is tiny.

Channel reception with provided antenna could be a hit/miss ; Newegg.ca shipped me an open box/used unit, without letting me know; good thing it worked or else I would've screamed bloody murder

TV in a small size

 

Bought it for the composite input, dont really want to watch TV on it... Will use it as a small size video monitor on that HTPC... NewEgg, you did it again with price and delivery. Thanks.

Small size ; Has composite input (Yellow RCA jack) along with audio ; Has Coax input ; Has 120V adapter, car adapter, remote, cables, and works on battery, etc

User manual could use a revamp ; The included antenna is difficult to manoeuver and does not do a good job with air signal. Using a coax is 100% perfect

Good small TV

 

Do not expect that it will receive stations that are too far away using the supplied antenna. It picks up local stations with the supplied antenna but you will need a roof antenna for distant stations. Do not expect that it will run more than 2 hours....

You should know and expect that a small TV like this has limitations. It is great for what it is, but it does not make you breakfast, or clean your house. It receives stations just as well as any other small TV. The battery works properly for the size...

Got this little guy for my girlfriend's mother, who had been lamenting the loss of her last portable TV during the digital transition. She said she couldn't be happier with the unit and was shocked at how low the price was
