Good Buy

 

I picked it up for $350, shipped w/ no tax. Great deal, tried a few Panasonic's but they lacked the 1080p. This TV ended up being the same price as a 32" or 37" Panasonic (both on sale the week I purchased). I think it looks as good as both of the TVs...

just got the tv to use as a monitor NICE

 

Well packed, easy to setup ; nice amount of inputs ; awesome computer monitor ; at age 50ish my eyesight is not the best, glad to get a larger monitor ; This was cheaper than a 28 inch monitor, and now i can watch tv too, heck i hooked up a 3 foot...

can't find the split screen or pic in picture info ; maybe it doesn't have that option

Appears to be a reasonable quality TV/Monitor for a good price and was set to purchase - but AAH

The spec sheet showed NO Digital audio Outputs ; Checked their online setup manual ...DITTO ; With NO Sony/Phillips (SP/DIF) or Optical (Toslink) audio pass thru whats the point of HDMI to two ( as reported mediocre) built is speakers

Only gave it one star because I had to.

None

The one I bought wasn't this model, but an older model. Bougnt new and it didn't even last 2 years before it just stopped working. Only had moderate use. Would never buy another HANNspree if that is the life expectancy of their product

I'm in the electronic tech field, so I can fix most anything, and some things are obvious. I didnt see anything wrong when I'd taken it apart, it's a mystery to me. Wish I could locate a repair manual.

The price was amazing at the time. Supposed to be a "name brand", but nobody I know has heard of them. Rumored to have happy customers and repeat buyers

Poor output and random yellow and green squares on DVI and Comp inputs. Made me think my cable box was at fault. This set (I have the same model but in 720p) lasted one year, on at 8 hours a day average. That "Best" store can't fix it, they cant even...
