JVC LT-32C671 32" Smart LED TV - White

Looks great and very happy I bought it for when I did, the price was increased by 25% the day after ! No doubt for the poor unsuspecting Christmas shoppers

Conflicting advice from store staff and help line. Still don't know if I can get amazon prime on it !

A guide button on the remote control would be good. The picture definition could be better

Picture quality,sleek light weight design (I could have almost carried it home on the bus!) The best feature for me was the smart technology allowing me to catch up on my favourite TV programmes and also watch them on my phone and laptop.

Nothing I can think of.

The Remote control is a wrong design. It's difficult to scroll up, down, right and left direction or to select and press around the MENU, OK, BACK, EXIT button. This is because all the buttons or keys are flat and same level unlike the former Remote...

Freezes sometimes when on the internet & have to start what your doing all over again.

So easy to set up. Plug in and go. Looks nice in white as it’s on the wall in my kitchen /diner

The sound could be a little better

Great telly,the remote design is a lot easier to type with than my other smart tv.
