Fantastic picture and sound. Very user friendly. Took a little while to get used to how sharp the picture is.

A lot of extras require the "magic" remote. It would help if this was made clearer. The internet keyboard is painfully slow.

The screen began to turn off after I'd had it just a week so it was faulty and had to be returned. The same thing happened with the 42" LG Smart TV I bought 18 months ago and had to be sent off twice to be repaired. I won't be buying another LG again...

The internet is slow, screen is small. You cant watch ITV player as there is no app and when you use the internet to watch it, it crashes. When we plugged hdmi cables and other input cables in the screen would go black after a while but the sound would...
