i got this 2 weeks ago the scews dont fit the base properly so the tv is unsteady also i cant get bbc teletext i loce that cant stand the red buttion

I'm having issues with the Freesat. It seems to pixelate when tuned to HD channels. This doesnt happen on my sky q box or my other Freesat box. Other than that the picture is great and the interactive services are great.
