I am pleased that I made this purchase, I have not experienced any issues with the service or the product. I am looking to add a sound bar for added effect!

You do not know how much you need a new tv until you get a new one! WOW the picture is awesome and very easy to conect, the only thing we did not like is the speakers are in the back of the tv. We had to purchase a sound bar and now its great.
