There are some things to like here, but with a picture quality that lets it down, there are other options out there that you should consider first

Decent smart TV offering ; Strong audio performance ; Natural colours

Washed out picture ; Poor contrast ; Lacklustre black levels ; Lacks fine detail

The LG 50PH660V is a story of two halves, but only one outcome. While its picture quality leaves plenty to be desired, there are some great things at work here too, including a decent smart TV service and a strong audio performance.

Picture quality and sound is great. Several picture options to chose from

On mine a small red dot has appeared already on the screen and looks like i will have to send it for repair. (Had TV 2 Weeks)

Large size TV with a good quality image, taking into account that it's a plasma, there isn't much difference between this TV and the LED TV that my mother in law has. Average sound, which can be expected from any TV, but it sounds awesome with the lg...

Once set up the TV is great, great picture and sound and easy to navigate around the smart home page, it's not a computer so don't expect it to be super fast

No smart remote No smart Pen No 3d Glasses No wireless dongle It doesn't cost much to buy these so you would think the could be supplied and the cost added, it was like getting a bag of sweets, you wouldn't get the bag from one shop and the sweets form...

Easy tuning for freeview and has satelite connection which I haven't used yet. Nice crisp picture with plenty options to adjust to taste. The design gives mainly screen in view, hardly any casing to look at. Packed with features that are used and some...

No built in WiFi. No zoom options that I can find. No 3D glasses supplied.
