My fiance and I purchased this unit at Best Buy in 2002. Now, I'm going to keep my personal feelings on the evil that is Best Buy at bay and focus on the TV, but lets just say I think the problems we've had with this model may stem from where we got...

Good TV, but requires maintenance

 

Has a great picture, love the size and flat screen. HD picture is AWESOME.

Requires routine maintenance to keep the color convergence in line.

FANTASTIC PICTURE!!!!!

 

I bought this TV because I wanted a tabletop HDTV ready set with out spending 3 G's on a DLP. It was either this or the Toshiba. Not only was this one priced lower, but in a side by side comparison the Toshiba seemed much darker, and the viewing angle ...

Incredible Picture, nice remote, matching stand, plenty of input options.

Unable to use TV's speaker as a center channel, otherwise a great TV.
