Unit arrived dead. Emails to Olevia ignored. Phone not answered. Finally reached someone, they want a fax, will call back, never have. Now two weeks and I still cannot get a return authorization

Olevia customer support ignores emails, does not answer the phone 9 times out of 10, and gives you the runaround. I'm about to contact the BBB about this. I cannot return this unit any which way

I mainly got this TV for my Xbox 360 and i have to say for the price its pretty good, also i got the unit in about 30-35hrs, newegg is awesome

I see a lot of jaggies on every game that i play (pgr 3, forza2, halo 3), is this common?? did i get a bad unit or is it coz the games aren't aliased properly

Picture is sharp, clear, & bright. Overall, the unit is lightweight and easy to install. No dead pixels, and not a single blemish on the case. Plenty of inputs - my PC & Xbox 360 can finally coexist on the same display

Small con: inputs in the back face DOWN & not out - not a huge deal, it means it took me 20 seconds to install cables instead of 15. Onscreen menu is a little weird, but it's not impossible to figure out

Crystal clear and easily adjustable picture; amazing price for such a solid TV/monitor

When using with a MacBook (which is what I purchased it for), the 1368 x 768 resolution will leave you with black bars on the left and right sides of the screen. Really, this is no big deal, though

I had an admiral TV, and that remote sucked. This remote does lag behind or goes to far ahead.... but its range is decent ; No FILMWARE updates

No 1080p may be a bummer for some folks. I dont know why, though. Mines came with a very small blemish on the side of the case... I'm a very meticulous buyer but the blemish is small and trust me, it doesnt take away any value from this unit at all

I bought this re-certified tv and couldnt be happier with my decision. Great picture, no visible damage for being recert. overall awesome deal. if your looking for a cheap LCD HDTV and are not scared of recertified products, this is for you

Extremely bright power LED. put tape over it solves it. other than that, nothing really

This is an inexpensive way to get all your HD needs taken care of. I am using it as my monitor at 1280x720 and it looks pretty good (note: the max resolution does go higher than that). I have also tried the Playstation 3 on it and the picture is beautiful
