Nice TV with Horrible Customer Service

 

I experienced the worst customer service I've ever dealt with trying to replace a brand new defective tv. I won't ever buy this brand again based on their poor customer service. I was sent a defective replacement tv to replace a TV that was defective...

Great PC Monitor

 

We purchased this for our conference room, and could not be more pleased. Our computer in that room doesn't support the full 1366 x 768 resolution, and our previous monitor (a low-end Konka) looked horrible at 1280 x 720, so we ran it at 1024 x 768....

Perfect as large PC monitor. Scales to available resolution

Main picture board needs replacing after 18 months

 

I do not recommend this television. The main picture board needs replacing after 18 months costing at least $350. Customer support and warranty is non existent after first 12 months.

Picture quality was good for first 12 months

Costly repairs on parts that should not need to be replaced and poor customer support

537H for less $ = GREAT VALUE

 

OK - I'll probably get in trouble for this being off topic but the Olevia 237t-12 is essentially the same TV as the 537H with a few differences.

Great TV - Bargain price. 37" for 32" cost and Great picture

Not all 237T's are the same. Look for the newer edition - T-12
