Television works fine good value for the money

The Tv is great but the remote that came with it didn't work. having trouble resolving this problem.

Received the TV yesterday. Instructions don't explain the importance of the channel scan. Do it! Once you do it, the RTV86073 TV works beautifully. In the Kansas City market, it pulls in I believe 12 channels beautifully using the provided antenna....
