The LC-32D40U isn't the least expensive 32-inch LCD HDTV out there, but its superior image quality makes it worth every penny.

Lots of Ports, can have loads of stuff hooked up at once. Auto Channel Search function very nice, searching both digital and analog at same time. Hooked a 360 up with GEARS of War - Unbelievable, even with the noted CON. HD Games rock

Ghosting rampant when I bought it, people tried to convince it was me. However, it wasn't. But Sharp sends people out to look at the screen, so in a week Picture should be A+++. Right now, picture sucks, hope it will get better. Old console games not...

Movie viewing on this thing is a great experience, Beautiful picture, Deep blacks, Loads of inputs especially 2 HDMI inputs. For the price, this is *the* LCD to get if you don't need to hook up a computer to it

No DVI or VGA inputs. This is a big warning to MythTV users who think they can use an DVI to HDMI cable here. Minor note: Mine arrived with a single dead pixel

Bright, vibrant colors. Amazing HD picture quality. Despite what N/A said, I have played many Xbox 360 games on this TV and they do not have any ghosting at all. This includes fast-paced FPS games like Call Of Duty 2

The built-in speakers aren't that great, and could be way better. 10 watts just isn't very loud, and the sound quality is only mediocre

Great picture quality for movies

Do not use if you plan on gaming with this. Despite it having a 6ms response time, the ghosting on this tv is horrible. I get headaches just watching it

Picture goes black intermittently. Black screen becomes permanent. One year warranty insufficient.
