I got this item as an open box from newegg. I don't know why it was ever returned, because this thing has worked great right out of the box. I highly suggest this Moniter and I also recommend purchasing a Universal Remote with it.

I wrote the review below and mistakingly said it has a tuner. The FWD-42PX2/S does not have a tuner, but accepts NTSC, PAL and Secam composite video source. (I have no need for a tuner in my TV, but some of you may - hence the correction.)
