bad controller layout. Un user friendly when going through menu's compared to Samsung smart tv. slow tv guide from pressing control button.

Picture quality, especially in HD.

Program guide and internet services readout & service logos (BBC iPlayer etc) are far too small and very difficult to read. There should be an option to increase the size of the font/logos etc.

smart design , great picture and synchronises really well with home network and other sonny devices

sound could be better but that's par for the course with slim tvs
