I have had almost a year, no dead pixels, picture is perfect. Very good value if you shop around, I was looking at a lower priced LG 50" and walked an extra $150 for the Brilliant Sony! Shop around, we picked up ours for $3400 in November 08

The best TV I have in the house. Simply stunning and the picture quality is amazing. Multiple outlets for connections etc etc.I have 2 other LCD TV's and this beats my older Philips 34" which won numerous awards 2 years ago. You wont be dissapointed...
