Great Picture, PIP is cool. Using it as a Computer monitor, Looks great hooked up through DVI, VGA isnt Bad, and I wouldn't recommend S-video. Xbox 360 looks fabulous on it

Remote! Popped in the bats and nothing. Remote was Dead on arrival. STRONGLY recomend getting a universal remote

Great picture compared to about anything in the SIZE category, and Great X-Box 360 HD play as well. Haven't tried it as a monitor so I'll let others speak to that. Component inputs (DVD, X 360) look great and standard tv over the s-video is not too...

Speakers are OK but not great. Refurbished had nicks and scratches, including on the LCD screen, but were not noticable with TV on under average usage. One of the 2 units I bought had flicker issues but they fixed it. (I had to pay shipping.)

Not sure, but I do believe this thing gets warmer than ordinary tv's. (I just keep my ceiling fan on low) Remote isn't "lousy", it just isn't very user friendly. (if you have long fingers, you'll be fine. I do)
