I really like my Toshiba 50HP66

 

I must have gotten a good unit. The sound is good. The volume is strong with out distortion. Loud enough for a bar. There is no unwanted noise (no hum). I spent months researching and looking at many units. Truly a great value shop and compare, I did.

The Best Value in a 50" HDTV. Current price is better than a black Friday price. I have this in my living room where there is natural sunlight and yes I do close the drapes sometime but the picture is very bright and very clean. My wife and I like its...

The slow start up and channel changing. All HDTV sets are slow this one is just a little slower

VERY NICE, AFFORDABLE PLASMA

 

I purchased my TV during a day after Thanksgiving sale, so the pricing aspect is a bit subjective. That aside, I am overall impressed with the television. It is extremely light (less than 100 pounds), can be mounted to the wall, or set up on a stand, ...

Relatively inexpensive. Nice picture. Very light TV.

The color black looks bad in standard definition. No 1080P.

A so-so Plasma

 

Inexpensive. Picture quality okay with good High-Def source material.

Standard-Def images can be very bad. Upscaling images from 480 is poor.
