Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

 

I bought this product on sale from DICK SMITH - yes I am SHAMING them!!! It broke down while under warrantee. They AKNOWLEDGE it is faulty - It is totally stuffed and cannot be repaired BUT they will only give me a gift voucher for the SALE price...

While it worked it was ok

FAULTY, no customer service and warrantee is not worth the paper it is printed on

Bad product broke down twice they had the tv for 3 weeks each time and no one could tell me what was going on the service manger is very rude and has no idea about customer service.It's so cheap because it's faulty! this product i hate so much it...

Vivo warranty is as cheap as there product, i dont recommend! dont waste a cent!

 

It's so cheap because it's faulty! this product i hate so much it didn't last me a year, never going to buy a Vivo TV ever!! they through me around call this person and that im so not happy with they product and there service! VIVO customer service is...

Im disgusted at how cheap and nasty this product is!

I guess I've got, what I have paid for, I think I should of paid $100 more and bought LG or Panasonic. But don't get me wrong picture quality is perfect, would it have better adjustments and would stand tall amongst the big brands

Great picture for the price and size

The firmware is rubish, no aspect ratio or zooming, user unfriendly remote

For a tev of this size and quality it was a relatively good price compare to other brands so it is a good cheap option. The picture quality is great and is still as greatas when I bought the television. It is also great for watching high definition...
