The tv was shipped in the manufacturers box and that box was inside another box, making it very well packed. The picture quality is excellent and there's a lot of picture settings. Sound quality is better than I expected which is usually not the case....

Not really a con for me but one physical button on the tv itself might be for someone.

Great deal for the price, picture quality is great.

Mine came with one corner of the front plastic cover clipped in wrong but it only took a few minutes to fix. There is a lack of buttons on the tv it's self, there is only a single power/input button, not to big of a deal but if you lose your remote...

I was excited to get the first one and disappointed that it was destroyed; then hesitant with the second one. It took too long to finally see it and get things resolved, but the Newegg crew did well

Beautiful 1080p 120mhz picture ; Decent sound ; built in wireless card is quite fast, little to no buffering on netflix and Hulu ; Decent processor in the tv making the menu and apps not lag

Scratched base plate through out, more than superficial, inputs were worn, did not firm grasp the HDMI contacts. Remote was completely broken, rendering the TV almost useless for my intent
