Vizio L32HDTV HDTV

 

The Vizio L32HDTV has more going for it than a very logical name. This 32-inch LCD TV delivers good image quality in an easy-to-understand package, and it's priced at a very low $1000 (on 3/24/06).

Great price for good screen quality Dead-easy remote, clear documents

Finishes look low-budget

With a wide black bezel, a silvery stand, and silvery speakers, the L32HDTV appears pretty ordinary. The finishes look plastic and unexciting, but that's to be expected for a budget model

Vizio L32

 

The Vizio L32 is an inexpensive LCD TV that offers high-definition resolution in a stylish design.

Good assortment of A/V inputs. Comfortable remote. Good digital video.

Poor component video. Some noise noticed in dark portions of movies. Mediocre video processor resulted in some jagged artifacts.

Perfect Set for the Price. Positive Customer Service Experience

 

I got my Vizio from onsale.com as a refurb for $433. When I connected it to my Comcast cable box, I had to use the HDMI to DVI converter cable plus an audio cable. I had a picture but no sound from the HD input. I called customer service at 8:45 PM ...

Excellent documentation. Sharp, clear picture on HD. Plenty of inputs.

Speakers are nothing special.
