its kind of limited in features, it was a cheapo 1080p panel made in 2006 but it has been a workforce for me

good picture quality for cheap price

ive had the 42'' westing house moniter much like this for about a year now and ive relized two weird lines running up and down the tv whenever using it. after the year mark this tv is a peice of junk and coinsidently westing house stops the coverage...

HUGE!!!! i use this for a pc monitor and for my tv Insanly amazing When you put this next to any other monitors for pc 1 its way bigger and 2 its so much brighter and the colors are 10 times more amazing!

Excellent picture quality. Great inputs (although I only use DVI). Great built in features, and easy adjustments for calibrating.

Backlight is a little uneven, but it's been over 1 year now of heavy use. It's turned on maybe 18 hours a day, so it's been on roughly 7,000 hours already.

The 1080p display is okay, works well with the Playstation 3, and my computer running at 1940x1080 pixels on DVI output. Cheap price too, $800.

The Infrared receiver has a very acute angle of reception. you cannot use the remote if you position yourself past 2o degrees from the center of the monitor... in simple stupid words, you can't use the remote control if you don't point it directly...

Best purchase you can get with relevance to price and functionality. Does everything you want for a monitor and more if you want it to. Split screen options are all there and the Remote is easy to use. I'm about to buy another one soon.

just make sure you know this is a MONITOR - no coaxial cable input but the workaround is as easy as connecting a VCR

For the money, I have not found a better picture quality.

Beautiful Colors, Image is sharp.

Dark blacks are still grey, and no matter how much you fiddle with the settings, you just can't get enough contrast for darker games (Burnout: Revenge, for example).

Very good value.

At this price these are not deal breakers, but the monitor would be perfect if: The monitor would remember brightness/contrast/color settings for individual inputs.
