The field of view on this television is horrible...worst I've ever seen in an LCD. The sound is very tinny

The condition of the case shows that this item was USED not refurbished. The on/off switch shows wear of a year of use, at least. The screen is scratched and the border around the screen has edges that are completely WORN OFF
