Picture is nice. Setup is easy. Came with base detached (so you can hang it), the screws to attach it, and even a magnetized screwdriver to attach it

It does not accept input from the remote from any normal distance. The remote must be held one to two inches away from the TV in order for it to register. I notice that the bottom plate is pulled away from the TV slightly, so maybe I received a damaged...

Bright picture, settings are easy and quick to adjust. variety of inputs. It lets you inputs labels for channels and inputs. The firmware update feature is brilliant, really

It doesn't get the best of black levels, but that's to be expected from an LCD. For the first few months I had the TV, the sound would get significantly out of sync with the picture, but this was resolved (see other thoughts)

The trouble you have to go through for repairs is outrageous.
