Have not received the item yet, but did research and I'm looking forward to having it installed into the new bar sink area in our kitchen.. The freezer that makes ice will be helpful for large gatherings.

Excellent toaster! Toasts perfectly. Well made. Solid, high quality construction. A little big and basic design, but it stores easily. Would highly recommend! KitchenAid makes superior products. What a welcomed difference compared to the Cuisinart...

I've had many KitchenAid products - mixers, toasters, etc. This ranks the lowest of all i've purchased. It burns the crusts while middle part of the bread remains untoasted. Even with mid to lower settings, the result is the same. Very disappointing...
