settings take some getting used to and are very precise. at first I incinerated a piece of white bread but barely toasted a bagel; it's like feeling your way around a new car, except a lot more delicious.

It works great, the only bad thing is that the electric cord is WAY to short.

Not only does it toast toast like toast should be toasted it even does in in duplicate. Especially like the width to hold my wife's home made bread.

Did not get to frozen foods yet but it does a very good job with bread.
