They are fast! And while sequential read speed is nice. Random access speed is much nicer. Win7 boots in 25 seconds. All programs start instantly

Not a con for the drive but this went into a T60p that's supposed to fully support the SATA2 spec, but it doesn't so I can't even get the full performance out of the drive

This drive is waaay fast. Installed it on a new Aluminum Macbook with 0 problems. Everything runs better
