Didn't work with THEIR software.

 

I would not recommend unless a new version of the software is released.

Inexpensive, easy to connect to network with WPS.

Does not work as advertised - DO NOT BUY!

 

Would not recommend purchase & I would never buy this camera again.

- Price & quality of images - interface for viewing multiple cameras both in-network and remotely

- neither camera will connect to the wireless network (which oddly requires a wired connection during setup & then disconnecting & a reboot after setup - the camera sees the network during setup but won't connect wirelessly) When I contacted tech...

I would recommend this product only for the most capable IT person. I've worked with cameras and computers for 33 years and found this to be a difficult install and operation.

Remote viewing on your cell phone app is great. Motion detection is fine. Night vision is very good. Field of vision is perfect for my needs.

Installation is not easy or intuitive. Chrome browser comes up with black screen, even after jumping through the hoops of installing plug-ins. Had to install Fire Fox. It can work with Internet Explorer. Too many warnings about unsafe websites to get...

Not happy

 

It's great when it works. Pan, night vision, and sound are all great features.

It only works 25% of the time. It either says "connecting " or a big red 'x' appears on the camera indicating it isn't available. I know it's not my wireless connection when I'm using it in the other room. The motion detector notification doesn't work...

Rep appeared to think I had a DLINK router and kept with try this, try that, do this, start over, ect.

st DCS-5009L DLINK camera I bought last month is still working,which made me jump at this sale of 2 cameras

2nd DLINK DCS-5009L setup easy, but stopped working within 5 minutes
