i cant hear the caller very well even at the highest volume any noise close to you will drown the person on the line's voice. not recommended and cant be returned so don't bother get something better.

The cord is fairly thin, so for heavy usage it may not last as long, but we have not had a problem yet. We use it abut 5 or 6 times a week over 2 years now.

We have purchased several of these and they work on all of our devices, desk phone, *laptop, *cell phone (*with adapter). Clarity is good on both mic and speaker. Cannot beat the price.

It will serve it's purpose for now.

Works on both my Sprint cell phone and my Panasonic desk phone. Comfortable fit, decent construction.

Volume could be louder, but only seems to be an issue if there is a lot of background noise. Its fine in my quiet office but not when driving down the road in my truck.
