I ordered this printer because it got great reviews. I received it and set it up with no problems, but when I printed the quality was terrible. My 12 year old printer literally printed the same image with better quality. Called tech support and they...

NOT an All-In-One

 

Bought this as a replacement for an Epson Artisan 835 after wearing it out. Needed the CD/DVD print ability, which this one has, but was totally amiss to the fact that the Canon does not have the ability to fax. In looking at many "All-In-One" printers...

Printer...Not Really

 

This printer fails to feed paper correctly. It seems not to handle envelopes or anything else beyond normal printing. Even that causes issues....Stick with an higher end HP.
