Bought this two weeks ago & so far it's been excellent. Alot of reviews say about the noise but I don't think it's an issue to be honest. Drum is a great size, machine is sleak in design & easy to install. The features are excellent also with the app....

The digital screen arrived broke I realized it was very flimsy made

Have had this for just over two weeks now have not used the one touch feature so cannot comment on that washes clothes as it should but would not recommend purely for the noise it makes and it's not just the spin that's noisy the whole wash cycle on...

I've had this a few weeks now and love it. My daughter has always said buy a Hoover but I used to think my Hotpoint was the best. I've been proven wrong It is so quiet and has great quick washes, I can't believe it.

Got delivered no problem.Watched Lads take packaging off. Then found item had a few scratches on its top and door .

This is so easy to use and absolutely love it I can even wash my duvet in it as the drum is so roomy
