Ice and crushed ice a good feature. Warranty engineer is nice guy and acted quickly

Within 2 weeks the water dispenser tubes froze. Now I need a new door. Although under warranty and a fast response, it is a bad design

Freezer is surprisingly spacious and what filled up my previous freezer only half filled the new one. Having ice and water on tap without plumbing is brilliant. No more purchasing chunky bags of ice.

No where specific for egg trays to go.

Love the Ice Maker with the crushed ice facility, especially as you don't have to plumb it in. Great capacity in the fridge and the freezer.

Not a bad point but make sure your doors are wide enough to get it in the room you want as the measurements on the website are not right it is wider.

The ice maker is great when it had been repaired. The fridge capacity is great. The Samsung response to a warranty claim and the response by the engineer to fix the ice maker was very good. No further problems since.

The icemaker water pipe froze requiring a door replacement by the Samsung engineer, but this was repaired by Samsung, so no real issues here.

Love the fact that this is unplumbed and there is an ice maker and water on tap. Looks lovely and holds a lot of food

This is our second unit in a matter of a couple of weeks as it did not make any ice. The first unit stopped making ice due to the water pipe freezing in the door which effectively blocked the supply. as this could not be rectified a replacement unit...
