Keep looking for another phone

 

This phone is not easy for a elderly person to use. The mute button is too close to the ear and constantly is being hit. The volume control is worthless. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

The ringer is not loud enough and it is hard to hear someone that is soft spoken on it, even with the boost button turned on. It is easy to set up.
